Practice Management Intern (Growth Path to Full-Time, COO-Track Practice Manager)

Help build the systems that make healing scalable. As a Practice Management Intern, you'll take charge of the operational side of a trauma-informed mental health practice: from scheduling and billing to leadership and operations. This internship is designed for students who love structure, problem-solving, and purpose. You'll own real projects, with a clear path to grow into a full-time Practice Manager and eventually Chief Operations Officer as we expand nationwide.

Access & Engagement Specialist (Growth Path to Full-Time, Practice Manager-Track Coordinator)

Be the first voice clients hear and the calm that keeps care moving. As an Access & Engagement Specialist, you'll guide new clients through the intake process, verify insurance, and help keep services running smoothly across states. This role is ideal for students interested in healthcare administration or behavioral-health operations as it blends communication, organization, and heart. You'll implement systems that power a trauma-informed practice and have a clear opportunity to grow into an A&E Coordinator role within your first few months.
